2nd Annual: The Women’s Wellness Experience by Latinas Profesionales In Action.
April 25th, 10 am to 2 pm at the Depot Arts District in Lakeland

Free women’s wellness & mental health experience w/ movement classes, inspiring speakers, mindfulness activities, and community connection. This event is open to all women , whether you’re a mother, student, business owner, or caregiver. Come as you are. Leave grounded, refreshed, and inspired.

A free, community-centered day devoted to women’s mental health, mindfulness, and holistic well-being. This experience brings together women of all backgrounds to pause, reconnect, and fill their cups through movement, conversation, and community care.

 Also – bring period products to donate to Polk Period Pantry!
